What went wrong, and what you would like us to do

When you hear back

We confirm we received it within 2 working days and give you an answer within 7 working days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect it.

If you are not satisfied

You can take the complaint to the Ministry of Commerce through the Balagh Tejari app or by calling 1900. For complaints about personal data, contact the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). Our privacy policy explains what data the site handles.
